1、在黑色鞋油、防水材料、皮鞋工業(yè)用的鞋線蠟和終飾項目上可有一定用途。

2、可用于制造復(fù)寫紙。精制甘蔗蠟可用作水果、巧克力等保護(hù)涂層；還用于制造蠟紙。

3、甘蔗蠟具有優(yōu)良的電絕緣性，并且容易模制，經(jīng)過適當(dāng)改性，在光澤等級上不僅比得上巴西棕櫚蠟，同時還顯示了相當(dāng)高的保持力。甘蔗蠟還可以用作所有植物蠟的代用品。
