米糠蠟是從米糠中提取精制米糠油時所得到的植物蠟。是以大米為主食的東亞所特有的寶貴生物蠟資源。眾所周知，大米同小麥、玉米一起被列為世界三大糧食作物，年產(chǎn)量高達5億噸以上，收益性也非常好。

Rice bran wax is a plant wax obtained by extracting and refining rice bran oil from rice bran. It is a precious biological wax resource unique to East Asia, where rice is the staple food. As is well known, rice, along with wheat and corn, is listed as the world's three major food crops, with an annual output of over 500 million tons and excellent profitability.

到目前為止，已有許多關(guān)于米糠蠟的研究和報道。米糠蠟的主要成分是由高級脂肪酸和高級醇組成的酯。碳元素的范圍有限，因此該酯的脂肪主要由C22-C24組成，高級酯為C24-C34。差示掃描量熱儀（DSC）測試表明，當米糠蠟融化時，每個部分的峰值都非常陡峭。據(jù)此我們可以得出結(jié)論，米糠蠟具有較高的結(jié)晶性。

So far, there have been many studies and reports on rice bran wax. The main components of rice bran wax are esters composed of higher fatty acids and higher alcohols. The range of carbon elements is limited, so the fat of this ester is mainly composed of C22-C24, and the higher ester is C24-C34. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) tests showed that when the rice bran wax melted, the peak of each part was very steep. It can be concluded that rice bran wax has high crystallinity.
